Zendaya faz história com indicação ao Emmy 2022

Veio aí! Após muita espera, a lista oficial dos indicados ao Emmy 2022 finalmente está entre nós. Aliás, já nem é novidade dizer que fãs e cinéfilos já vinham especulando - e muito - quais seriam nomes integrariam as categorias da premiação marcada para o dia 12 de setembro, né?

A 74ª edição será transmitida nos Estados Unidos pelo canal NBC depois de um hiato de quatro anos. Como sabemos, o evento é tido como o oscar da televisão e chega causando impacto na indústria.

É ela, Zendaya!

Zendaya, estrela de "Euphoria" fez história ao receber sua segunda indicação ao Emmy, tornando-se assim a mais jovem indicada duas vezes como "Melhor Atriz em Série de Drama". 

Aos 25 anos, a atriz já havia estabelecido um recorde em sua primeira vitória lá em 2020, quando se consagrou como a mais jovem a conquistar o troféu na categoria.

Com duas músicas anunciadas na categoria "Música" e "Letra Original" - "Elliot's Song" do episódio "All My Life, My Heart Has Yearned for a Thing I Cannot Name", de Labrinth e letra de Muzhda Zemar-McKenzie e Zendaya, e "I'm Tired", do episódio "You Who Cannot See, Think of Those Who Can", de Labrinth e letra da atriz com Sam Levinson - ela recebeu duas menções adicionais além de "Melhor Atriz". 

Além disso, vale dizer ainda que com a indicações anunciadas hoje, Zendaya é agora a mulher mais jovem já indicada ao Emmy como produtora e também a primeira mulher negra (e segunda pessoa negra) a ser indicada em "Atuação" e "Composição" no mesmo ano.
