Os nomes com maior número de indicações ao BRIT Awards 2022 são: Adele, Ed Sheeran, Dave e Little Simz, com quatro cada uma. Todos eles vão concorrer ao prestigioso prêmio de Álbum do Ano, além da nova categoria Artista do Ano, neutra em termos de gênero.
Adele concorrerá com o seu novo álbum 30, enquanto que Ed Sheeran será representado por Equals. Dave concorre com o disco We're All Alone In This Together e o Little Simz com Sometimes I Might Be Introvert.
